An almost mass shooting in Canada....the definition, the new definition of a mass shooting is 3 killed....only two have been killed so far so this technically isn't a mass shooting...
but....2 dead, 13 wounded....don't they have gun control in Canada?
Toronto shooting toll rises as second victim dies
Two people are dead and 13 others injured, including a child, after a gunman opened fire outside a restaurant in the Canadian city of Toronto.
The shooting happened just after 10pm Sunday (3am UK time), in the Greektown area in Toronto's east end, a popular area with restaurants, cafes and shops.
Police said the gunman died after an exchange of fire with officers in Bowden Street, after which he fled.
He was found dead on Danforth Avenue. Officers from the city's special investigations unit believe he was 29 years old.
