FDR knew there were Japanese spies in Hawaii and he was also afraid there were spies in California too.

If the Japanese had been smart they would have invaded California right away.

But they did not.

All the Japanese and Japanese-Americans who were sent to concentration camps were interred for nothing.

The Japanese fleet and armies never came.
