Great Genocidal Maniac, "Mr. President," Abraham Lincoln, firstly possibly illegally freed the slaves in 1863. Technically, he did so only where he thought the Constitution no longer applied. The South in rebellion was no longer considered--contrary to what history teaches--to be in fact bound to the Laws of the United States. So what was called a "Civil War," would actually all of a sudden become a war of conquest(?). Law still applies in a "Civil War," but the South was considered no longer bound or covered under the Law of the Constitution, unlike in the North. That was clear in the matter of the Emancipation. In the Aftermath, even the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan would be creatd--all thanks to Abe. Devastation everywhere, in the South, would soon enough become virually normal.
The Republicans are so far not too impressed with Syria killing 100,000, apparently, compared with Abe. Lincoln created 750,00 atrocities--virually all White--and with far less means. The Republicans are fairly well on board with all that, and along with the Ivy League--and probably Sidwell Friends School(?). Admittedly, it does remain unclear if at all the D. C. schools, know anything at all about anything in this paragraph. . .or even in the one before this one!
Anyone sees how rogue commanders of minority factions: Actually behave in practice.
And so what could a Russian leader easily understand, or a Chinese, or maybe even someone in the Vatican(?)! Official Syria easily has as much to fear from the Chemo-Weapons cache--as does Israel, as does the United States, as do the Saudis, as does Jordan--and probably by now, even as does Libya or Egypt. No direct link to Official Syria has been demonstrated in all of the propaganda, of any side. That too, may have dawned on Official Syria.
The war-talk may have been less impressive as a shot across the bow. Just as easily the legacy of Abraham Lincoln--let loose in he Streets of Syria any minute now--was just as persuasive--as an example(?)! Millions would be on immediate alert--anyone would have to conclude(?)! Or maybe not(?)!
In the world, of course, we now have school, instead--and a red carpet in the East Room(?). . .maybe even clean. . .if anyone older. . .and Irish and. . .maybe just bit alcoholic is around, or something. . .female and all. There is apparently world progress being made, here(?)!
