Majority Want Monday’s Electoral College Vote Postponed In Wake Of Russia Scandal

The survey, sponsored by the progressive advocacy group Avaaz,

In bold, Italics, and I nice bright color, because the rest of the country doesn't give a fuck what you progressives want. Why do you think your anointed candidate lost ?

Hmmm, no biases here:

Democrat . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 37%
Republican . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 27%

Electors will gather December 19th in state Capitols across the country to choose the next president.

WASHINGTON - A majority of American voters favor delaying the December 19th Electoral College vote until electors can be fully briefed on Russian interference in the election, according to a new poll conducted by YouGov.

The survey, sponsored by the progressive advocacy group Avaaz, found 52 percent of people supportive of stalling the vote, set to take place Monday.

A surprisingly high number of people ― 46 percent ― were also willing to support so-called “faithless electors,” the name given members of the Electoral College who spurn the vote of their home state and vote for a different candidate instead.

Trump opponents have been pressuring electors to break with their state’s voters, and a law firm has even offered pro bono, confidential legal advice to any elector curious about his or her options. Avaaz has collected thousands of signatures on a petition calling for the vote to be delayed.

I am still disappointed that Trump received the most (potential) Electoral votes.

But he did.

The Electors have a responsibility to do their job- and absent proof that Donald Trump and Putin actually conspired together they should vote him into office as per the Constitution.

Our country can survive a President Trump. We can't survive our electoral system being ignored.

Bitter In Aleppo Defeat, US And EU Seek To Further Demonize Russia

The perverse behavior by Washington and its European satraps is simply a case of sour grapes. Very sour grapes.

They have been proven spectacularly wrong about Syria. The liberation of Aleppo this week exposes the Western governments and media in their unrelenting falsehoods and systematic complicity in the Syrian war. This was never a pro-democracy uprising. It was a Western-backed criminal regime-change operation that was unleashed in March 2011, and which is now staring at ignominious defeat.

The blood of up to half a million people and many more maimed is on the hands of American and European governments.

It is no coincidence that Barack Obama this week invoked his putative presidential authority to double down on US intelligence claims that Russia hacked into the American elections to get Donald Trump into the White House. The stakes were raised to new unwieldy heights with White House claims that Russian President Vladimir Putin personally sanctioned the alleged hacking of Hillary Clinton’s emails. And Obama is now recklessly warning that his country will respond with cyber-warfare

Um, I believe it says 54% disagree

Did you intentionally lie? do you believe the majority in this poll should have it their way? will you admit this is just another of the last 5 or 6 elections Hillary lost?

Typical regressive fake news story. The poll had a margin of error of 3.7% meaning it is a statistical tie, so the claim of a majority is bullshit. I just hope Trumps DOJ and FEC investigate all the regressives overt attempts at election tampering, including all the terroristic threats conveyed to electors. Just so all you whiny regressives know, the law calls that extortion.

That would definitely be the smartest thing to do. If they found any collusion with a foreign adversary (Russia) between anyone within the Trump campaign or someone who Trump is associated it would be Watergate all over again, only 1000 times worse. Because it would be Treason.

And we have a Russian diplomat that states they had contacts with the Trump campaign.

But I don't give Republicans too high a score on the brain meter anymore. After all they're the ones that nominated him--and I think they'll go pedal to the medal with him all the way into the impeachment process. Even without Russia, this guy has conflicts of interest coming out of every pore on his body. Democrats will be certain to raise hell over his conflicts of interest, and his Russian connections.

I'm not so sure it is fake...most Americans in it disagree with what the OP is claiming...54% say they disagree...looks to me like the OP has once again been dissed by America and gotten the election wrong

No the OP is a whiny little bitch that favors throwing out a constitutionally conducted election. They prove themselves to be the total low lives they are by cheering death threats made to electors, thinking they are somehow morally superior to the rest of us and they just know what's best. After this election they can never try to occupy the moral high ground again, wikileaks and their own leaders words prove they are frauds interested only in power.

Just as high as you can count I would imagine

Pedal to the "medal"...LOL...so typical from the "participation trophy" winners/whiners...so smart, so smart

"raise hell"...is that what you call crying and complaining about everything that doesn't go your way?

Wasn't it progressives accusing conservatives of trying to undermine democracy? Now look at you partisan hacks, you lose an election and you want to subvert the constitution and the will of the people. Your idiotic polls have no bearing on the election process, just like they didn't on election night.
