Here we see two things…..New York under democrat control is seeing an increase in violent crime…and in the shooting in this article we see what studies show….most shooting victims are criminals with long criminal backgrounds…..
There were 8,124 gun murders in the United STates in 2014…the majority of them were shooters with long records of crime and violence and the majority of victims were also criminals….

AP News - NYC officials: 3 people shot, 1 fatally, near Penn Station
The law enforcement official identified the dead victim as Angel Quinones. He identified the man in critical condition as William Lamboy and the other the man as Eddy Torres.
The official said all three victims had long records of mostly drug-related arrests.
