The FBI raided Manafort's home without notice, SEIZED 'everything' - even things NOT legally covered in the subpoena.

The FBI raided Cohen's office, home, and hotel room without warning where he was staying temporarily, SEIZING anything and everything they wanted.

In neither case did the FBI give them prior notice, give them a deadline when they could turn the things over themselves. They were not afforded the luxury of going through their e-mails / records / files to get rid of all of their 'PERSONAL' information, separating that from the official things....like Comey did with Hillary.

Comey proved himself that he and his 'all start team' went 'way off the reservation' and refused to follow 'standard procedures' in order to protect Hillary...
