The simplest solution is to base sports and bathroom use on the sex listed on the birth certificate and not on gender.

People from all sides have been using the terms interchangeably for years, this is what helped lead to the current situation.

Could that be because until 10 minutes ago when someone said woman it was understood that they were talking about an adult human female. One side of the argument changed the definition of the words without the consent of the other side.
