Ok so have a few problems with the report first off they do not weight or adjust for the difference between the amount of males hired versus the amount of females. Second no one but an idiot would assume that people that are hired as police suddenly become St. Peter.

When you compare the number of bad cops to the number hired it is a relatively small number when you compare the number to non police you see higher instances of wrong doing.

Nice that they took the time to do the study but what did they hope to prove? That police are humans? That not all police are angels? Well duh. Anytime you have people involved in anything there will be those that are bad actors. Do a study of clergy or congress or any other occupation that people are involved in and you will find the same thing.

There are far more males then females so these figure are misleading. So it would seem that the females break the law more than the males. Percentage data tells the truth.
