Ehh.....just take High School to the 14th Grade if you want to make everyone pay for the first two years of college.I am not for free college, people must work and pay for college, the first 2 years maybe, but there should be caps on college books and classes. I believe in helping people via pell grants and student loans should be able to be refinanced.
