Limousine Liberals? You Bet. Number of Government-Provided Limos Soars Under Obama...

Much of the 73 percent increase—111 of the 174 additional limos—took place in fiscal 2009, more than eight months of which corresponded with Obama’s first year in office. GSA usually replaces vehicles one for one. If it was ordered during the 09' budget it doesn't mean Bush ordered them. The story itself only claims they "could" have been ordered then. Besides, Obama didn't have to keep all of the other limos in service during the worst economy since the Great Depression. He always has the option to get rid of any unused vehicles. Word went out last year that they were planning on reducing the DOD fleet by 30%, but that never happened.

Are they limos? I'm sorry, I thought your story said it wasn't sure if they were even limos.
 
I see here another overt attempt to blame Bush.

They can't say for sure when they were orderd (yet most went to Hillary's State Department).

They also can't track how many vehicles were limos or say for sure what a limo is.

I sense the usual fuzzy Obama Administration accounting practices.
