So Piers gets slammed for speaking truth to stupid? Mock WAS born male, and remains male now. Gender dysphoria is a psychological thing, not a physical problem. Thus feeling like you have the wrong body is no more objectively true than someone with annorexia nervosa being too fat when their ribs and beating heart are visible through their skin. Whatever biological sex we're born as is the sex we remain until death (or technology advances to where we can give males the internal anatomy of females.)

Gender-Reassignment Surgery is just that, GENDER reassignment (gender is how you feel and identify inside and has nothing to do with our physicality.) SEX is male or female or hermaphrodite (some combination of the two.) But transgendered people are not changing their sex. GRS merely changes how they look, and thus how they feel. Males born males, who become female cannot become pregnant. They can LOOK female, but they lack all the internal anatomical structures of those born female.

Even the surgeons who do these procedures say it's "just cometic surgery." So that those evidently ignorant of the facts asre giving Piers grief for simply stating the facts is really unfortunate. It's basically condemning him for not upholding someone's delusion.
