Mississippi man accused of quadruple homicide could walk away from jail after six trials

Liberty and Justice For All--- or not- Attorney Rob McDuff with the Mississippi Center for Justice is fighting to prevent Flowers from being tried a seventh time.

Justice in the courtroom as well as in gov't and politics depends on the people involved doing their jobs in an impartial manner. I don't know if the guy was actually guilty or not, but justice in this country should demand a fair and impartial trial. For everybody. You don't like to see the guilty go free, but even worse is an innocent man being convicted for something he didn't do.
