There isn't the same level of violence in poor white communities. They might be even more poor than poor blacks. Poor black communities get far more in government benefits than whites do. It's not poverty. It's the level of expected entitlements.

Poverty breeds crime, and like it or not, welfare as we know it creates a cycle of dependency.

They are poor because large % is dependent on welfare provided by Democratic politicians. Vote Democrat and stay poor in public housing on public aid. Get motivated, and take personel ownership of your life, and get out. Vote Republican if you want to help Blacks in America.
