Harry has a tendency to make an off the wall comment or two, from time to time.
Harry was widely reknown earlier for his comment that increased Government regulation creates jobs, because business then has to hire more employees to deal with the new regs.
Harry musta been asleep when his mother or father read him the tale of the straw that broke the camel's back.
