This must be why Mayor London Breed has had a "Coming to Jesus" moment with the city's rampant crime. All of a sudden she's been talking tough on crime and sending out police patrols to clean up drug and homeless camps and now she is demanding that the homeless and substance abusers be required to seek treatment before being allowed government assistance. Took her long enough.
