Left side numb

I had the same problem last year.
Just my left arm, though, not my leg.
Of course heart attack was my first thought.
X-ray, CT Scan, and MRI later we found out I have an arthritic vertebrae that gets inflamed and pinches that nerve.
Some ibuprofen is all I needed.
Have a rheumatoid physician take a good look at your scans

A simple blood test can also find if it is an arthritic condition.
If I recall correctly, that's why I got referred to the rheum.....

My left arm is numb all the time.
It gets worse when I am on the computer a lot.
.... and when I play guitar for extended periods of time (which is quite often)
I have had this issue now for about a year. It hasn't gotten worse or better. I'm 48.

I think mine is a circulation issue. I have not seen a doctor about it as of yet.

I wish you the best, Douger

BYW, is that an American sounding "Douger" or a French "Doojay" sound? ;) :D

I know my feet and hands used to go numb, then I had a blood test and it showed I was low on Potassium, so I began supplementing. No numbness ever since.

Anyone have numbness on the left ?
My left leg went to sleep last week and never woke up. Also my left arm from the elbow down.
The docs did a cat scan and the neurologist checked all reflexes, eye response, hearing etc.
My doc thinks it may be the amiodarone I take for tachycardia.
It's driving me nuts !....OK... NuttyER.:eusa_angel:

I don't have numbness before, but someone I knew have it. Hope you have a speedy recovery. Wishing you the very best.
