Bernie Sanders is not a democrat he is a SOCIALIST--and this country is center, it always has been, and it always will be. They will not elect far left or far right candidates. This country will never vote for FREE college tuition. The majority knows that someone will pay for it, and they know it will be themselves. Frankly, even if by some miracle he became President, you would finally see Democrats & Republicans work together to shut him down on his policies.
