Labeling people "Nazis" or even as a "Hitler" is a sure indicator of grossly lazy thinking.

The term "National Socialism" arose out of attempts to create a nationalist redefinition of socialism, as an alternative to both Marxist international socialism and free-market capitalism. Nazism rejected the Marxist concepts of class conflict and universal equality, opposed cosmopolitan internationalism, and sought to convince all parts of the new German society to subordinate their personal interests to the "common good", accepting political interests as the main priority of economic organisation,[9] which tended to match the general outlook of collectivism or communitarianism rather than economic socialism. The Nazi Party's precursor, the pan-German nationalist and antisemitic German Workers' Party (DAP), was founded on 5 January 1919. By the early 1920s, the party was renamed the National Socialist German Workers' Party to attract workers away from left-wing parties such as the Social Democrats (SPD) and the Communists (KPD), and Adolf Hitler assumed control of the organisation. The National Socialist Program, or "25 Points", was adopted in 1920 and called for a united Greater Germany that would deny citizenship to Jews or those of Jewish descent, while also supporting land reform and the nationalisation of some industries. In Mein Kampf, literally "My Struggle", published in 1925–1926, Hitler outlined the antisemitism and anti-communism at the heart of his political philosophy as well as his disdain for representative democracy and his belief in Germany's right to territorial expansion.[10]

The full name of the party was Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (English: National Socialist German Workers' Party) and they officially used the acronym NSDAP. The term "Nazi" was in use before the rise of the NSDAP as a colloquial and derogatory word for a backwards farmer or peasant, characterising an awkward and clumsy person, a yokel. In this sense, the word Nazi was a hypocorism of the German male name Igna(t)z (itself a variation of the name Ignatius)—Igna(t)z being a common name at the time in Bavaria, the area from which the NSDAP emerged.[11][12]

In the 1920s, political opponents of the NSDAP in the German labour movement seized on this. Using the earlier abbreviated term "Sozi" for Sozialist (English: Socialist) as an example,[13] they shortened NSDAP's name, Nationalsozialistische, to the dismissive "Nazi", in order to associate them with the derogatory use of the term mentioned above.[14][12][15][16][17][18] The first use of the term "Nazi" by the National Socialists occurred in 1926 in a publication by Joseph Goebbels called Der Nazi-Sozi ["The Nazi-Sozi"]. In Goebbels' pamphlet, the word "Nazi" only appears when linked with the word "Sozi" as an abbreviation of "National Socialism".[19]

Nazi were racist.

Nazis believed Aryans were genetically superior to other human beings. Other human beings could be murdered or used as slaves.

Nazis were very nationalistic. They believed that Germany deserved the best. Hitler's plan was to colonize Russia, turning the Russians into slaves or killing them if there were to many.

Nazis were militaristic. They wore uniforms. They idolized the military.

Nazis had grudges. One grudge was against the reparations Germany had to pay after WWI. The other grudge was against Jews.

So, if you believe your race is genetically superior.

If you're very nationalistic, "America is number one!"

If you go around wearing camo or mimicking the military in other ways.

If you have grudges against the left, blacks, Jews, or Democrats.

You could be a Nazi.
Nazis were bad people

but so are white-hating progressives pushing project 1619 and crt

The lead article for the 1619 Project is by Nikole Hannah-Jones, who has been writing anti-white screeds at least since she was a college sophomore. In a letter to her college paper, she alleged: “The white race is the biggest murderer, rapist, pillager, and thief of the modern world.” Not only were the white people in America’s past “barbaric devils,” but the “descendants of these savage people” continue to harm “the Black community” to this day. Non-white peoples, by contrast, were uniformly portrayed as both virtuous and victimized.” It’s Time to Acknowledge Anti-White Racism

No one in the GOP is making it harder to vote...you claim that 81 million dems turned out for Joe...there goes your argument....
You claim 80 million republicans voted. Was that bullshit? Did you say 80 million and we said 80 million one? Lol you should have made us go first

Here’s what a nazi would do. Think up a plot where you riot to try and stop the certification of the vote in hopes the Supreme Court goes along. It was all so treasonist and you don’t care. You’re a Putin supporter in russia. No better.

Or think up a plot where they stop the vote and have each senator get a vote. Shady

Mostly it's deranged angry idiots who refer to themselves as Nazis and skinheads in order to offend sensible people. It makes them feel good to be ostracized from society. These people are dangerous but equally dangerous are the people who use them as political pawns.

Progs are what you typed. You even skewered nationalism. For you it is globalism. and the United States lived by some form of nationalism based on freedoms until the Prog takeover was completed a few decades ago. Progs have won and you still are not satisfied. People must genuflect to you. There are too many people who have had soft lives and can lose it rapidly.

Yes in three words...(Big Tech Censorship).....censorship of opposing viewpoints not approved by elected democrats....
Oh baloney, you must be a ditto head, one of those who believe the MSM is all fake news. Fake News is a BIG LIE promulgated by the late Limbaugh and BIG LIES are echoed by biddable fools nearly every day [much like trump who lied or mislead the people everyday].

Labeling people "Nazis" or even as a "Hitler" is a sure indicator of grossly lazy thinking. It is a wanton appeal to the most basic emotions. Labeling someone a "Nazi" is like announcing that you hate pedophiles and people who torture children and small animals.

The Nazis (the actual ones) did things which were so horrific and inhuman that it makes it utterly impossible to consider the people or their actions logically in any way.

Hasn't anyone ever noticed that when the Russians are planning to massacre an opponent (such as in Ukraine) they inevitably label them "Nazis"?

But just because fools in the U.S. and elsewhere flash those idiotic flags and symbols does not make them "Nazis" nor is it an indicator that Nazi Germany is in danger of being duplicated

It’s far from brainless but rather right on the fact target that you rebuff with the vapid emotional term “grossly lazy”

You must not view any other network news but the ones that agree with you....don't you wonder if you sound like an uninformed fool to your friends and family?...

Who said anything about blacks having rights that whites don't have?

Everyone is a little racist, blacks aren't excluded.

I'm sure there are plenty of trump supporters who aren't Nazis.

If you read my post, there were like six things that make you a Nazi. If you're missing one or two of the six, you're not a Nazi.
Anti-Semitism Always Leaves a Yellow Stain. The Germans Never Had the Guts to Stand Up to Their Ruling Class.

Another insult to the Jews. You neglect to include anti-semitism as one of your 6 gotchas. It was a prime mover in Naziism. The hereditary ruling Junkers invented it to blame the Jews for what they themselves had always done, especially in controlling both the White and the Left.

I view ABC, NBC local news as well as PBS and listen to NPR. I turn to Fox (Faux) News Daily only to laugh at them, and then move on, all other tabloids are either ludicrous or ridiculous. Just like you.

Is it any different than labeling Americans as Communist.

Hitler, Nazi, Fascist.

It's a sad reflection on us that we're so eager to trivialize the suffering of millions for perceived political gain.

But that's just who we are now.
How is that different from you calling people cultists and rubes?

then taking offense when they call you a nazi

So you equate the word "rubes" with the words Hitler, Nazi, and Fascist. They're all pretty much the same, in your mind.

That doesn't surprise me in the least. Not in the slightest.

Thank you. You confirm and illustrate my opinions about blind ideology with every post.
