Krazy Kamala erupts: "Women shouldn't bear the burden to prove they're not being paid fairly"

This just defies all logic tests.
If men and women are equally productive ,which you claim they are (equal pay for equal work!)
And, the equally productive women are being paid less.
Then why aren't corporations hiring more women?
Duh.

Kamala Harris proposes equal pay measure to close gender gap

it's time for large corporations to step up and prove they're paying people equally for equal work.

Maybe Harris and Democrats need to be reminded
how they expected taxpayers to prove that their free choice was violated by ACA mandates.
Nobody believed when I argued that choices were deprived by adding penalties.

The Democrats would NOT believe this health care policy was unconstitutional
UNTIL and UNLESS a lawsuit was successful in court striking it down. And they
still won't believe it is violating Constitutional beliefs and liberty of citizens.

The burden of proof for that case of DISCRIMINATION BY CREED
is still being put on the people affected by it to prove it!

As for the arguments of women being paid unequally, how in the world
are we going to prove this if left and right are STILL arguing over what
defines the identity of a WOMAN or GENDER in the first place?

If you are going to argue this depends if someone FEELS they identify as a WOMAN,
then you can just argue that OPPRESSION depends if someone FEELS OPPRESSED.

So if that's all that is required for proof, if people FEEL OPPRESSED and treated unequally
then that's all you need. So let's set up a grievance system based on what people FEEL
is abuse or oppression, and just provide assistance for counseling and mediation to
resolve all these cases. That should cover ALL cases of Discrimination or abuse,
REGARDLESS what criteria you use for proof!
