Totally correct.

True. Not to let trump off, but I have always thought trying to become president of the US involved a certain amount of megalomania. Levels of insanity more apparent in some more than others.

Rep. Kinzinger is really the one who is "insane".

His preoccupation with demonizing the 74 million Little Trumpsters instead of working to resist the neomarxist Brandon Regime is why the Republicans are losing credibility.

Not the retired statesman who lives in the city of Palm Beach

donny's insanity is probably the result of years of having syphilitic brain syndrome; & he shoulda added that cantelope caligula is also a sociopathic malignant narcissist with arrested development.

And he's sure triggering you. Job well done.

House Committee

Adam Kinzinger

Meet the members of the House's January 6 select committee

Sarah Elbeshbishi
USA TODAY

Rep. Adam Kinzinger

Republican Rep. Adam Kinzinger of Illinois was a recent addition to the committee by Pelosi after McCarthy pulled his five appointees from sitting on the panel.

Kinzinger, like Cheney, has been an outspoken and critical member of the GOP. He was one of the ten Republicans who voted to impeach Trump after the insurrection on Jan. 6. Kinzinger was the other Republican with Cheney to vote for the select committee.

^^^ THAT'S WHO ^^^

During a Friday afternoon interview with MSNBC, Kinzinger was asked if he recognizes his political party a year after the violence of the pro-Trump attack on the Capitol.
"No, I don't," he responded. The Republican lawmaker said he's identified with the GOP since he was six years old. "What has changed is the use of conspiracy, the absolute lack of courage to call it out, the fear that permeates leaders of the Republican Party against a man [Trump] that is basically insane," he said.

Totally correct.
He is finished in politics. Destined to be a lobbyist or part of the ever growing, ever corrupt bureaucracy. He means 0. He is irrelevant.

Totally correct.
That’s the GOP: consumed with fear, lacking in courage, utterly dishonest.

And Kinzinger needs to understand Trump is a product of the GOP, his party has been like this for decades – Trump just drew attention to it.

If Kitzinger were so spot on, then why is he bowing out like a coward....I am glad to see the little shit go....

MSNBC...We know where you're coming from...

In DonH's link above to 'Firing Line'.....it didn't come through for me.

However, I did watch that interview this past Friday night and I thought Kinzinger....whose career I have not followed.... I thought he represented himself well, and his constituents, his military career, and the Select Committee's work.

He was careful in what he said, prudent, and measured.
Didn't try to cast aspersions but came across as direct and focused.

If you didn't see the interview on your PBS station you may be able to Google it up on a YouTuber.

Let's see if my link works better than the other one:

Actually, the far left Illinois legislature cancelled his congressional district in reapportionment. It is sort of ironic that its his friends who are giving him his coup de grace. Kinzinger last words in office should be "Et Tu Brandon"
