I could be wrong considering today's political climate, but I would be surprised if Supreme Court Nominee Kavanaugh decides to pursue charges against Dr. Ford. If nothing else, it would be in poor taste to sue the crap out of a woman with serious problems, who has been used and abused at the hands of her cohorts in Congress. Perhaps Brett Kavanaugh can take the high road on that one, and be a bigger man.

If the D's get to election day, and there is no vote and they win, they will keep Kavanaugh and all other Trump appointees off the court.
