IF Meadows is found guilty in Georgia, he goes to prison for a minimum of 5-Years and Kemp cannot pardon him.
IF he could fold Georgia in Smith's Investigation, he avoid serious jail time
Ms. Willis is doing her job as a D.A., prosecuting criminals. All Meadows wants to do is cover his very exposed ass. The appeal will and Meadows will be tried Georgia for crimes committed in Georgia.

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. - The request for an emergency stay filed by former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows has been denied, according to a court document.
Meadows filed a motion for an emergency stay with the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals after his request to move his Georgia election interference case to federal court was denied.
Judge Steve Jones rejected Meadows' request on Sept. 8, saying it did not meet the "quite low" threshold to move the case to federal court.
Meadows then filed the request for the emergency stay. The state was given until noon the next day to respond.
According to the ruling, the state filed its expedited opposition response and the court reviewed the emergency motion and concluded that Meadows failed to show a stay should be granted.
What this mean's sports fans everywhere is that whatever deal Meadows has in place with Jack Smith ain't gonna save from his ass from time in Georgia State Prison, and with Governor Kemp NOT have Power of the Pardon, he faces a minimum of 5-Years on each RICO Count against him.
It also means the chances of P01135809 might of had of pulling the same thing are dead in the water......Oh I'm Loving It.
