Israel keeps helping Africa to better the lives of others. No one complains that it will cost "Israeli Tax money" in Israel.

Nothing but complaints by some ignorant people in the US any time the US tries to help people who are in real need in the world?

Beyond the Grid has partnered with over 40 investors and companies that have committed to invest over $1 billion.
