Why is it illegal? Because the people who pushed for age of consent laws way back were reacting to it being 10 in the US. They got it bumped up to 16, and in the time since then each state has adjusted it up or down as they saw fit. Sometimes the stated reason is a concern over teenaged pregnancies, other times a protection against sexual exploitation of minors. But mostly, whether stated or not it's because the US was founded by religious people of a very strict, anti-sex tradition. And since oral sex is technically sodomy (along with anal and beastiality,) many states still have laws against even heterosexual oral sex.

The Torah's the source for most of these laws. Of the 26 or so specific sexual prohibitions, some 22 or so are related to incest. Other 4 are male-homosexual acts, beastiality, with a woman during her menstral period, and adultery. So since much of US law has origns in Torah, you see a repeat of these in even current laws.

Should it be illegal? No, but out of an abundance of caution and thinking of the exploitations aspect I agree some definition for age of consent is sensible. Think 18's outrageous high though.

No, he is accurate and smart. Harvey Milk was sodomizing his "son", the boy he officiated as father figure to. You remember Jack McKinley, right? You think the LGBT community should be thrown in jail for what you consider to be deviant sexual acts, even though those sexual acts happen between ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF CONSENT. Did you hear that correctly? I'll repeat it again if you didn't: over the age of consent.

You can't tell adults what they can and can't do in the bedroom, no matter how much you yearn to do so. And this is why asked you if you ever get laid. It appears as though you have some serious sexual hang ups and because you find it impossible to get laid yourself, you are "invading" everyone else's bedroom, trying to regulate what consenting adults do with each other.

I am guessing that may be a part of the reason why she got busted. If that lady is a married, I wonder what her husband thinks, especially if he is the one who got her pregnant with that boy.
