Some of those were pretty good. I especially liked "the state to provide free alternative identification, but it should include easily attainable and available at DMV and other state offices besides DMV.
With the exception of military personnel, vote-by-mail ballots mailed to voter’s New Jersey registration address only not to be forwarded if no longer at that address.
There should be no 3rd party ballot collection organizations. No mail in ballot harvesting.
