Yes I remember that debate, not his best moment and I’ve been disappointed with his run so far this year. The first debate was really weak and he is all over the place on the trail. He did a fine job as VP though and left office with a really good reputation IMO. He should just keep his mouth shut and coast through these primaries. I have to admit I cannot be unbiased when it comes to Biden as I have detested him ever since his Vice Presidential
debate performance against Paul Ryan (who I also am disgusted by).
He spent the whole debate treating everything as a joke literally laughing at everything Ryan said. It was a stunning
