Footage released by the Italian navy shows naval officers rescuing migrants onboard a dinghy in the Mediterranean sea in difficult conditions.The Italian authorities say at least 1,250 migrants have been rescued in the Mediterranean over Christmas in four separate operations with five bodies recovered by Cypriot and Maltese ships at sea
