As USSecTrans he should have been on top of this matter from Day 1 instead of taking 12 days to finally say something.
Then when he finally says something, he puts some of the blame on Trump. It took the clown(s) 12 days to come up with that.
However, no one believed that ECP* brakes would make any difference.
