EDIT TO ADD: Before you remind me that it's a rule, not a law, Joseph Biden (God's choice) has had a lot of things on his plate, after the Republicans and Trump fucked up the economy and the pandemic response. We're talking about just tiny one rule change here! Maybe if Joe could work more than 2 hours a day and was focused on THIS country instead of trying to defeat Putin in Russia, he might have actually gotten something good done!
