What someone does as president should be evaluated by what it cost, who was harmed, what effect it had on the economy and deficit, etc.

The 91 charges against Trump are all ridiculous because what he did not only harmed no one, so are all clearly legal to do.

And it is exactly that pressure of public retribution by the people that makes this a republic.
That is why gag orders are totally and completely illegal in a republic, (except in for things like minors, national security, etc.).

Judges who violate the rule of law and abuse elections deserve all the retribution people can think of.

All 91 prosecutions are clearly and totally illegal.
There is not a shred of legal basis for any of them.

Again, classified doc laws are presidential executive orders exempting presidents completely.
Banks are required by law to hire professional assessors.
What is illegal about hush money is demanding it, not paying it.
There is absolutely no way to create or use fake electors.

Trump demanded that Hillary be jailed for classified emails that she did not send. “Crooked Hillary” accusations got him elected.
His own mishandling of classified documents were intentional and shared with others

When ordered to return his documents, Trump never questioned their classification or that they were presidential records. He intentionally removed them, moved them and hid them and denied he had them.

Trump is not being prosecuted for paying hush money or having sex with a porn star. He is being charged for using business funds to pay her off.
