It might not be dishonorable, but then again the founders didn't see armed rebellion as dishonorable,

and as a practical matter, you can't win within the system with the minority you're referring to, so unless you have a really really really good armed rebellion plan,

you're pretty much fucked in anything beyond the point of pontification from the sidelines.
