If Israel launches an attack on Irans nuclear facilities, this will make the United States
and Israel , Arab terrorists number one target again.

Israel will be making a big mistake with any attacks on Iran.

And if we allow Iran to get nukes the Middle East and Israel will be in dire danger. Israel will decide on its own whether that threat or the threat of retaliation are worse. We don't have the balls.

Who made the United States and Israel the two countries that all other countries have
to get approval from , before they make nuclear weapons. Don't you think your view is
kind of arrogant and imperialistic.! , its thinking like yours why the United States and Israel are always being targeted, and attacked by these muslim terrorists!!

Maybe you kind of people have to much balls! and need some kind of castration to prevent wars and a whole lot of bloodshed.!?

Perhaps a regime should watch the kookey talk of whiping certain nations off the face of the earth if they expect to be welcomed into the nuclear family.

This is my point also, they will all eventually figure out how to make them.
Who is the United States and Israel to decide who gets to have them though?!?!!

it comes from decades of our leaders (both military and civilian) being able to dictate who could have certain weapons (because we were the biggest kid on the block). problem is, once a country gets a nuke, they can tell us to shut up (and then potentially get revenge on those countries (us) that have bullied them).

we're not very smart with respect to long term planning.

Sounds like Israel telegraphin' a warnin' to Iran...
Israel won't warn US before Iran strike
February 28, 2012 - Israeli officials say they won't warn the US if they decide to launch a pre-emptive strike against Iranian nuclear facilities, according to one US intelligence official familiar with the discussions.
The pronouncement, delivered in a series of private, top-level conversations, sets a tense tone ahead of meetings in the coming days at the White House and Capitol Hill. Israeli officials said that if they eventually decide a strike is necessary, they would keep the Americans in the dark to decrease the likelihood that the US would be held responsible for failing to stop Israel's potential attack. The US has been working with the Israelis for months to persuade them that an attack would be only a temporary setback to Iran's nuclear program.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Ehud Barak delivered the message to top-level US visitors to the country, including the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the White House national security adviser and the director of national intelligence, and top US legislators, all trying to close the trust gap between Israel and the US over how to deal with Iran's nuclear ambitions. Netanyahu delivered the same message to all the Americans who have travelled to Israel for talks, the US official said. The White House did not respond to requests for comment, and the Pentagon and Office of Director of National Intelligence declined to comment, as did the Israeli Embassy.

Iran claims its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes but the International Atomic Energy Agency has raised alarms that its uranium enrichment program might be a precursor to building nuclear weapons. The US has said it does not know whether Tehran has decided to weaponise its nuclear material and put it on a missile or other delivery device. The secret warning is likely to worry US officials and begin the high level meetings with Israel and the US far apart on how to handle Iran. But the apparent decision to keep the US in the dark also stems from Israel's frustration with the White House. After a visit by National Security Adviser Tom Donilon in particular, they became convinced the Americans would neither take military action, nor go along with unilateral action by Israel against Iran.

The Israelis concluded they would have to conduct a strike unilaterally - a point they are likely to hammer home in a series of meetings over the next two weeks in Washington, the official said. Barak will meet with top administration and congressional officials during his visit. Netanyahu arrives in Washington for meetings with President Barack Obama next week. The behind-the-scenes warning belies the publicly united front the two sides have attempted to craft with the shuttle diplomacy to each other's capitals.

No Israel wont attack Iran, but they will ask the US for a large payment to "hold them back"

Israel knows that there is a radical muslim sympathizer in the white house. They would no more trust him than they would trust an Ayatollah.

Israel will be making a big mistake with any attacks on Iran.

Which Arab terrorists would these be? Hamas? Hezbollah? Islamic Jihad? al Qaeda? The US and Israel are already their number one targets.

On the other hand, the failure to destroy Iran's nuclear weapons and long range missile programs will see nuclear armed Iranian missiles targeting Israeli, American and European cities in a few years, the end of all effective non proliferation programs, a nuclear arms race in the ME as Egypt and Saudi Arabia, Iran's traditional enemies, seek parity which will put tens of millions of lives at risk as well as 40% of the world's oil supply causing the price of oil to sky rocket and remain at economy wrecking levels.

It would be unforgivably irresponsible of the West, including Israel, not to destroy Iran's nuclear weapons and long range missile programs.

Not if the end result is to come in and mop it all up. I've seen this pattern before.

I would imagine the response from the 77 Million people of Iran to an israeli attack might be "interesting"

They're a bit far away and this is all in the future. The past simply allows us to see patterns.
