The IDF on Sunday published an extensive update on statistics related to the war to date.

Among the numbers was that the IDF has killed around 9,000 Hamas terrorists to date during the invasion of Gaza. Two out of Hamas's five brigade-level commanders have been killed.

19 battalion-level commanders have been killed, relating to 24 battalions, but some of those include replacements from the same battalion.

So if Hamas' numbers are to be believed, that means a maximum of 14.000 Palestinians who were not active fighters have died in the conflict so far.

The difference between Israel and "Free Palestine",

is that Israelis will usually demand taking responsibility,
with having elections to exact the price from their leadership,
and it won't be because of Hague or any other foreign pressure.

While the later will sacrifice the last Gazan
absolving Hamas of any responsibility,
and boast about some "victory"
while begging for a ceasefire...

My guess, depending on how you define "terrorist", is that the number of true civilian casualties is actually even lower than that.
