Israel continues it's noble....but naive push for peace

You guys have it nailed. All that you said is the truth at least according to me. I saw the camps in the desert and Egypt doesn't want to have anything to do with the Palestinians.

I mean can you really blame the Egyptians? Kuwait took in a large numbers of Palestinians and look what they did when Iraq invaded, turned their backs on them and helped the Iraqis in looting and raping the country. Look what happened in Lebanon when they allowed large numbers of Palestinians to go there, a civil war. Those Arab countries see this and they are very weary of having large numbers of Palestinians there. Arab countries dont give a fuck about each other anyways, its all a lie. I was in Kuwait in the mid 90s when Saddam moved his troops south and everyone thought Iraq was invading again, the fuckin Saudis closed their borders to the Kuwaitis because they said they did not want to be a haven for Kuwaiti refugees.

Following the 1991 Gulf War, Palestinians in Kuwait were reduced from a thriving immigrant community of more than 400,000 to less than 30,000 in 1998. Kuwaitis forced them out of the country using a systematic and violent campaign of ethnic cleansing. The Palestinian official support for Iraq during the crisis was used as an excuse for that campaign.

The Kuwaiti atrocities[1] started during the crisis in 1990 but intensified as soon as the war ended in February 28, 1991. The terror campaign was shielded in the West by a censored and euphoric media. While television networks were extensive in their coverage of the war, they did very little to cover the Kuwaiti campaign against Palestinians.

What did you expect the Kuwaitis to do? before the Gulf War the Kuwaitis provided Palestinians with free housing, jobs, medical care and school. Than when the Iraqis invaded Kuwait, the Palestinians switched sides and aided the Iraqis in raping and looting the country, whats why the Kuwaitis expelled them. The Palestinians are lucky the Kuwaitis didn't treat them like the Iraqis and Pakistanis treat their Christians and murder them in the streets.

The UN created Israel in 46 but forgot the Palestinians.
The UN didn't "create" Israel in "46". Israel declared itself in 48. Any legal resident of the British Mandate Palestine was a palestinian regardless. The loaded "palestinian" term surfaced in about 1967. The resolution 181 was a cool suggestion, which arabs happily dissed. That is why we may say that, one country came into being, and the other one didn't, because the very assholes it was meant to, rejected the whole idea and have been wasting their time on destroying the first one ever since.
Both have a claim to this geography that goes back 1000's of year.
Churchill disagrees.
One real interesting issue is that while the rest of the middle East back the Palestinians they don't life a finger to help, they just blame Israel. Jordon and Saudi Arabia have more Palestinians that any other country and yet they do not life a finger to help. I think that while most Arabs don't like the Palestinians the hate the Jews.
Well, the parents of the wife of the current jordanian king had been butt-kicked out of Kuwait.

Which is it?

"Is it Israeli Democracy or 'Jewish Democracy',... :

* Prior to the 1948 war, Palestinian Christians and Muslims were a two-third majority of the population of Palestine, who owned and operated 93% of Palestine's lands?

* Prior to the 1948 war, most Israeli Jews were persecuted and dispossessed European Jews who made a one-third minority of the population?
* Prior to the 1948 war, only on third of the Jews in Palestine were legal citizens of the country?

* For Israel to become a 'Jewish majority' it opted to expel and dispossess the two-third Palestinian majority?

* 80% of the Palestinian people were dispossessed from their homes, farms, and businesses and have been kept out for the past 54 years?

* 95% of Israel's lands (which is mostly owned by Palestinian refugees) is open for development to Jews only?

* Only one of the 45 Zionist Jews who sign the Israeli 'declaration of independence' on May 14th, 1948 was born in Palestine.

"The other 44 were mostly Jewish refugees who escaped their anti-Semitic Europe countries, such as Tsarist Russia, Germany, and Poland.

* Israeli-Palestinian citizens live almost in segregated communities (or ghettos) because development is strictly limited outside their villages?

"Ironically, the word 'ghetto' was invented to describe the living conditions of Eastern European Jews in Tsarist Russia!"

Hamas are not looking for Western Peace. They look for something far different.

We know and are ready...

Since Jerusalem was annexed, we expect the UN to be equally zealous in thumping condemnations about annexation of Texas and California, or russian grab of the Kurile islands in violation of the non-aggression pact with Japan, or ... , etc.. No thumping. Who could've known.

Interestingly enough, the troll leaves out the fact that there are 57 Muslim countries in the world which consider themselves MUSLIM countries, and treat their women and non-Muslims as second class citizens.

These countries form a Muslim Bloc in the United Nations and since the resolutions are not binding, America does not veto them.

The United Nations Muslim Voting Bloc

These resolutions have been pushed in various forms for over a decade, largely by the 57 states of the Organization of the Islamic Conference. These countries have Shariah-based legal systems that boast the most stringent requirements for public worship and the harshest penalties for not adhering to the official religious orthodoxy. Islam is the only religion expressly mentioned in the resolution.

But the Muslim Bloc is seen as a great worldwide danger.

UNITED NATIONS — Muslim governments on Wednesday pressed the United Nations to step up investigations of Western countries to root out what they call “Islamophobia” — defined by them as discrimination against people of the Muslim faith.

From Ottawa, Canada called for a “constructive approach” to ensuring the right of freedom of religion.

But the OIC is likely to see their new guidelines for the freedom-of-religion investigator approved, since Muslim countries and allies — such as Cuba, Russia and China — form a voting bloc in the Geneva-based body that overshadows that of the Western democracies.

Once passed, the new mandate is likely to see Western countries come under increased UN pressure to prevent criticism of Islam, even if that means overriding traditional freedom-of-speech protections.

“UN Watch is alarmed by the Islamic bloc’s attempt to turn an international shield for religious freedom into a sword for religious-motivated state censorship,” said Hillel Neuer, executive director of the Geneva-based watchdog group. “It’s part of a larger campaign to invert the real danger of Islamist extremism into an imagined narrative of Western victimization of Islam and its adherents.”

I've seen more than enough proof so I don't buy your story for one second. Muslims spell trouble for any "infidel," whether Jewish, Christian, Buddist, Hindu, you name it. Anyone with reasoned thought can see that Muslims bring trouble to whatever non-Muslim country they inhabit. When Muslims start standing up as a majority against the Islamic Fascism terrorizing the world, then I might reconsider.

A bunch of foreigners declared Israel in Palestine with no legal standing to do so.

The Palestinians have been fighting Israeli occupation since before 1948.
Nah, more likely moving in to get an occupation.

"This illegal (arab) immigration was not only going on from the Sinai, but also from Transjordan and Syria, and it is very difficult to make a case out for the misery of the Arabs if at the same time their compatriots from adjoining states could not be kept from going in to share that misery."
