You do know that the biggest company that benefits from "fracking" is General Electric and is the founder of GEPAC which donates money to both parties.
Not to mention that President Obama made the former CEO of General Electric (Jeffery Immelt) his Economic Recovery Advisory Board President.

Or how about the fact that Warren Buffet (certainly a renowned Republican ... yeah-right whatever) just invested $28 million in the Sweetwater, Texas fracking.
Or the fact that US Silica's PAC in conjunction with Union Pacific have donated more than half a million to both parties.

That is just looking at the first thing you mentioned and how off-base your assumptions and claims are ...
