Whatever you want to call it, Horowitz saying the blatant Hillary supporters' views didn't affect their actions is ludicrous at best and in reality total horseshit. Granted, the IG had no subpoena power to go after Barry's exiled intel chiefs and he is, after all, an "Obama man". And his purview was the Clinton hoax investigation, not what the scum at the top of the FBI and DOJ did to Trump. But they're the same people, with the same agenda, the same swamp creatures in bed with whomever is in power at the moment. Calling Comey a "knucklehead" instead of a lying, leaking coward for instance, is dereliction of duty on Horowitz's part. While Rosenstein marked up most of the report with his trusty black Sharpie, enough came through to know the report is, in all, a waste of our time and money....a whitewash.
