Nunes is supposedly sending the DOJ criminal referrals which might include Schiff. Nunes has also said he held off on sending the referrals until Rosenstein was out, since Rosenstein had already ignored or covered up previous criminal referrals sent by Grassley. We also have Graham getting on board with Nunes directly going after criminal referrals as opposed to Graham wanting another SC which would have been able to cover things up without oversight.
the amnesty was wrong, no doubt.
