Not legally. If an organization has any real contact with others not of their specific beliefs and is white only, Blacks sue to join. And the organization is either forced to accept them or is given a very negative name.

I don't think you are seeing the point. It isn't that there is a lot of black-on-white crime. That is a statistical pattern expected when a free minority has criminals that prey on all people as they have the opportunity to do so. And since only around 14% of the population is black, that means that a random sampling in a totally integrated population would have black-on-white crime about 64 times more common than white-on-black crime, but the ctuall numbers are much less.

The thing that is shocking about what is happening now is the radicalism that accompanies so much of the black-on-white crime. 'This is for Trayvon'. 'This is what happens to white people when they piss black people off.'

1. You cant trust the SPLC to define what is racist and what is not, and not all the organizations that they lump together as a 'hate group' are racist. Some are anti-Semitic, some are just that way in the opinion of some munchkin at the SPLC. That the SPLC lists said organization proves exactly nothing. The really racist groups are pretty much up front about it and don't deny it any more.

2. The second contention is that some black organizations that allow only blacks to be members are also racist organizations though the SPLC may completely ignore them, such as the Black Congressional Caucus.
