We should have legal immigration policies that adjust to the economy but there should be absolutely zero illegal immigration. Shoot to kill. We should have a welcome sign on the front door and AK47's guarding the back door. And when our quotas for legal immigration are met then we close the front door and keep the AK47's at the back door. And, if you can't prove you can fill the jobs needed in the economy through the front door, you aren't let in.
