at least Werfel is not saying he wants to ask for more money before he investigates it thoroughly.
The IG says they need to get internal type of controls for reporting how money is being spent, due to gross mismanagement.

wow! They paid more out in earned income credit erroneously than the entire budget for the IRS. I believe he said over $13 billion.
