A two year investigation cleared the IRS of wrongdoing but Republicans have trouble accepting fully formed investigative decisions. Now they select a man for punishment who wasn't even a part of the investigation. You people are treading on irrelevancy.

The ACA if properly administered, will result in a savings and long term benefits, we can argue the efficacy of that if you like.
