Iran to close Strait of Hormuz

If Iran closes down the strait it will be with the wreckage of their LOL "navy".

Rember the VietCong, who fought the US wearing black pajamas?

US Servicemen dead 47, 378

Non hostile deaths 10,800

MIA's 2338

POW 766 (114 died in captivity)

Wounded in Action 303, 704

Severely disabled 75,000

But who gives a fuck?

Plus you bastards love having your anuses stimulated by TSA.

As always, Heil Hitler.

.

.

True, expect similar numbers if we go to war with Iran.

If all those dead/wounded are no big deal to some of you ppl, keep advocating for this war.

North Korea has nukes, I mean they could blow us up at any minute since our military is helpless to defend ourselves from nukes of inferior military forces, we can't have Iran have the same potential!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

unfortunately, the war is imminent.

Obama wants to be reelected. He needs to impress AIPAC and the zionist lobby.

The reason Obama removed the troops from Iraq so quickly is to prevent Iran from retaliating against the 150,000 troops which were stationed there.

.

He doesn't need the AIPAC and zionist lobby to be re-elected, sadly. I predict he wins in a landslide because the republican party has no conservatives. It'll be a lesser known dingbat vs the incumbent dingbat, incumbent wins easily.

But yes, war with Iran is a guarantee. It's when, not if.

"To read the prepared testimony of Adm. Mike Mullen, President Bush’s nominee for chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is to understand that the Bush administration’s Iraq strategy requires U.S. troops to remain in that country for a long time, perhaps permanently. With unusual candor, the admiral explained in answers submitted before his appearance in front of the Senate Armed Services Committee Tuesday that he and the president believe in the necessity of a “pragmatic, long-term commitment that will be measured in years not months.”

Iranian Terror Plot: Fake, Fake, Fake

"The making of American foreign policy is all about domestic politics. By preparing the country for war with Iran, Obama will not only defang the GOP, but also appease the all-important Israel lobby, which has been beating the war drums for years.

What Obama and his gang are hoping is that the American people are too tired, too beaten down, and too broke to care enough about this latest exercise in war propaganda to question it. Certainly the “mainstream” media, which is Obama’s loudest cheering section, isn’t about to question it. "

I suggest Obamy get that pipeline built. If he's gonna start a War with Iran,he better have a plan for the oil situation. He needs to get off his ass and get on that pipeline.

All U.S. troops to leave Iraq by the end of 2011

President Obama will withdraw all U.S. forces from Iraq by the end of the year, ending a long war that deeply divided the country over its origins and the American lives it consumed.

In a Friday morning video conference, Obama and Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki agreed to a complete U.S. military departure that will fulfill a promise important to Obama’s reelection effort. The decision drew sharp criticism from his Republican rivals, as well as expressions of relieved support from those who believe it is time for the United States to conclude a war Obama once called “dumb.”

For months, U.S. and Iraqi officials had been negotiating the terms of an accord that would have kept several thousand U.S. troops in Iraq for special operations and training beyond the year-end deadline set by the George W. Bush administration.

But Obama and Maliki, who have never developed much personal chemistry, failed to reach agreement on the legal status of U.S. troops who would stay in Iraq beyond Dec. 31. As a result, only a contingent of fewer than 200 Marines assigned to help protect the large U.S. Embassy compound in Baghdad will remain, along with a small number of other personnel to provide training related to new military sales and other tasks.

“The rest of our troops in Iraq will come home,” Obama said Friday at the White House, adding that they will “be home for the holidays.”

“After nearly nine years, America’s war in Iraq will be over,” he said.

The negotiations foundered over the U.S. demand that American troops receive legal immunity for their actions, a request Maliki was ultimately unable to sell to the anti-U.S. elements of his governing coalition after a war that many Iraqis believe has permanently altered their country for the worse.

Hey stupid........that was McCain's campaign platform, to stay in Iraq for 100 years if necessary.

And the plan according to Jr. was to be out by 2012.

The media never questions any war in the beginning, it's viewed as "unpatriotic." They were all on board with Iraq too, when they asked questions they were all of the silly variety.

Just like now they don't care if we're at war with Afghanistan for 20 years or why we randomly decided to blow up Libya, or why random drone strikes are happening all over the middle east and africa.

Both parties have become cheering parties alongside the media with warmongering. It's adorable thinking back to when the democrat voters pretended to be anti-war a couple years into Iraq then chant Obama's name whenever he decides to blow something up.

It'll be the same in Iran, whichever party is running things when the massacre begins.

President Obama will withdraw all U.S. forces from Iraq by the end of the year, ending a long war that deeply divided the country over its origins and the American lives it consumed.

On March 27, 2007, Congress passed H.R. 1591, which called for the withdrawal of U.S. troops in Iraq by March 2008. However, President Bush vetoed the bill and the House of Representatives failed to override the veto.[7] Congress then passed H.R. 2206, which provided funding for the Iraq War through September 30, 2007 and was signed into law by President Bush on May 25, 2007. H.R. 2206 included eighteen benchmarks for the Iraqi government to meet.[8]

According to a August 30, 2007 draft of a report by the Government Accountability Office, Iraq had met three of the benchmarks and failed to meet the remaining fifteen
