The missile apparently was developed by North Korea. Don't chuckle because it failed. This is the NUMBER ONE threat from NK and Iran. All of the talk and focus on land based missile test failures is a distraction. If NK and Iran develop submarine launch capability, that is a game changer. Missile defense is based on the premise that incoming missiles are coming in from many miles up and minutes of time to react. That is not the case for in close submarine launch. Thanks Obama, your revitalization of Iran continues to bear fruit.
