Plus the older ya get, the less sleep ya need. When your body needs it..it will let you know. It's called naps.

Dabs, I would think if you're going to take those powerful pharmaceuticals, you should at least take them consistently!

Because that's one of the ways they want to treat agoraphobia...with drugs. I won't do it. Nor do I get flu shots. Nor do I take cough medicine. Won't even take an aspirin anymore. Had a rare headache the other day, almost broke down and took some aspirin. But the headache eventually went away on its own. Yay! : )
