If you work with text, image, or video files on a regular basis, there is a website called zamzar.com that allows you to convert files for free. There is a monthly limit on what you can convert, but if you pay them a few bucks, it's unlimited. I have a download with over a hundred books on it, but I couldn't open some of them. I just use zamzar and convert them to whatever format I want. Check it out.

It is 100 percent free. At least for the first ten or twenty megabytes. That's still enough for several dozen ebook conversions, plus a bunch of image conversions.
