No it won't. What you are talking about is club head speed. That is almost totally a function of your grip, the angles of the club shaft at the critical positions of your swing and your ability to transfer the power you have available into your wrists at impact so your club head advances on the ball ahead of your grip.

You would be better served getting some golf lessons

A Big Bertha on sale/clearance for $50 bucks has served me well for a long time and I out drive my golf buddies by 50 plus yards consistently..sometimes by as much as 100. I get around 275-325 depending on the wind and softness of the fairway. It really sucks to connect with a solid drive and have it bounce and roll 10 yards. Up here in the PNW few fairways have good roll characteristics. Maybe it's the rain.

If I wanted to improve my drive distance I would need to move to Arizona.
