It's also not JUST the states. The MAJORITY of the counties in these states have few cases.

In Michigan the cases/deaths are in DETROIT.

Detroit now has a population of much less than a million, while the STATE POPULATION is 10 million. Yet the counties outside of the Detroit area have virtually no problems.

This is why the people of Michigan are pissed. The governor is applying a one size fits all "solution" to the state. That isnt gonna last. The people wont put up with it.
