A. It can't.

The increase in military comes from the EPA budget and getting as much of the 90 million or so back to employment who will start paying taxes again.
But we don't want to factor in growth eh.........

Well Dude........ Trump just hired 6 foreign workers for his winery in Virginia.

Or how about his products that are made in China and Mexico? Is he bringing those jobs back here to US that he keep blabbering?
