If you can Afford Smokes & Booze, you need to get the Fuck off of Welfare, mmmkay...

I agree.

On a related note, if you make use of Government programs (medicare/healthcare, unemployment assistance, etc..) you should not be allowed to preach about wanting "smaller" government.

Unless you are FORCED to pay into them.

i was forced to help pay for a war of choice in Iraq that was started for no reason...

i'll be fine with you getting your pennies back for "welfare" so long as i get my bucks back for Iraq.

The War in the ME, both of them, are using Sodiers and Resources that we would also be using back here in Non-War time...

Not ALL of the Money Spent wouldn't have been if we had not gone to War in Iraq and Afghanistan...

Having said that, the Military is over half of what it was during JFK by Percentage...

We were Spending More as a Percentage of the overall GDP for the Military during his Non-War Time than we are now... Having taken (2) Countries.

Social Spending is the Lion's Share of the Budget and People who are Smoking and Drinking and buying Flatscreens while they get Welfare can Fuck right off!...

Military Families Provide a SERVICE to this REPUBLIC.

Comparing them to or making an Analogy using them in Regard to those who Abuse the American Worker's Paycheck on Welfare is Offensive.

:)

peace...

DETROIT -- Men will no longer receive Medicare coverage for Viagra and two other erectile-dysfunction drugs when taken to improve sexual performance.
The changes, which took effect Jan. 1, are likely to produce millions in annual savings for Medicare prescription-drug plans.

From your link:

The exception to the new reimbursement policy is if a man takes Viagra, Cialis or Levitra for conditions such as pulmonary hypertension, a lung problem.

Hmm kinda depends on how the DR writes it up?

But thanks I was not aware they had cut dowen on viagra/medicare.
I always thought it was kinda stupid to give sex enhancing drugs to someone 65+.

Perhaps a way to kill of more elderly men and save money?

People with pulmonary HTN that is severe enough to use sildenafil for treatment, will in general, not have enough respiratory stamina to engage in intercourse.

Plus, if a doctor was to write that the patient had pulm HTN as a diagnosis, and did not have an imaging study to prove it, they would be committing fraud.
