Lets see if you understand the powers. Congress makes the law, Senate ratifies the law, president signs the law, and the Justice deems the law constitutional. Why are justices now acting like Congress and making their own laws? When Black Robes go out of their bounds , then the US vote to have people removed from office, which this last election started the "Drain of the Swamp". Here is the law that was used by Trump to order the travel ban.

"Here is number eight US Code 1182, inadmissible aliens. This law was written in 1952. It was passed by a Democrat-controlled Congress, House and Senate, and signed by a Democrat president.

“Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by president. Whenever the president finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, the president may, by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”

His EO should have just applied prospectively to issuing new visas and green cards. He'd have been home free. Instead he was left trying to argue some imminent threat justifying denying 14th amendment rights to individuals ALREADY here or with the legal right of entry ... and his list of countries didn't include Egypt and SA. He has no credibility. And he insulted the judges. So they told him to piss uphill.

You are saying the 9th circuit Judges got even for being insulted by putting the security of the entire US in danger. That is not what Judges do. If that really was their motivation they should all be replaced.

No I'm saying Trump's actions caused them to question his veracity. Never misrepresent the law or fact to judges, and he did both. He misrepresented their role, and he argued his EO would not apply to persons with a legal right to enter the country even though on it's face it did, and as it was originally implemtnted it did. Basically, he told the judges they had no authority, which was untrue, so they didn't accept his word that he'd only enforce the EO against those who had no legal right to be here.
